Here are your next steps:
- You will receive an email from Guardian asking you to review and sign your application. Simply click on the link in the Guardian email, review your application for accuracy and electronically sign it.
- Guardian may also contact you to conduct a brief phone interview to verify the accuracy of your application.
Once your application has been approved, we’ll send out your policy to you. You can then rest easy knowing your income will continue if you are sick or hurt and can’t work!
